GENERAL CONDITIONS

As a condition of use, you undertake that:

  • You are not restricted by limited legal capacity.
  • You are over 18 years of age.
  • You agree that you are required to provide us with certain personal details about yourself (including details regarding your methods of payment) for the purpose of using this service.
  • You acknowledge the possible risk of losing money arising from the use of the service and that GoalsBot.com has no responsibility to you for such loss.
  • You acknowledge that any betting made through our service in your account username and password will be regarded as valid.
  • You acknowledge that all information on this website or purchased from this website is for educational purposes only and is not intended to provide financial advice. Any statements about profits or income expressed or implied, do not represent a guarantee. Your actual betting may result in losses as no betting system is guaranteed.

 

ACCOUNT

  1. To access our bot service, you are required to complete the application for the registration of account as set out on the Site.
  2. You undertake that you will provide full and truthful information in respect of all details and information provided by you to GoalsBot.
  3. You need to have a valid subscription in order to use the bot.
  4. To start using the GoalsBot you need to be in possession of AsianOdds88 API credentials. You are solely responsible to open your trial or real API account with AO88.

 

You may:

  • Use the Bot for a single API user.
  • Use the Bot according to its original use – to place bets via API instead of the AsianOdds88 website.
  • Edit and add new systems to the Systems Library.

 

You may not:

  • Permit other individuals to use the GoalsBot.com with your credentials.
  • Modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble the Bot panel and its components.
  • Create derivative works based on the Bot software.
  • Rent, lease, transfer or otherwise transfer rights to the GoalsBot account.

Termination

The license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described above

 

Disclaimer of Warranty


GoalsBot.com (product of JDG Professionals Ltd) uses AsianOdds88 API or similar information feeds from other betting websites or exchanges which from time to time is changed or updated by the respective provider. On some occasions, these changes affect the GoalsBot.com product and changes to the coding may be required. We will make every effort to get a tested and working product back to all users as soon as possible. We are not responsible for any errors in the information provided by the API nor for any loss caused by any effect such information may have on our product. 

The bot product by GoalsBot.com is offered 'as is' without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of fitness for a purpose, or the warranty of non-infringement. Without limiting the foregoing, JDG Professionals Ltd makes no warranty that: 

  • the bot will meet your requirements
  • the bot will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free
  • the results that may be obtained from the use of the software will be effective, accurate or reliable
  • the quality of the bot will meet your expectations

We are under no obligation to produce or offer any updates, upgrades or add-ons at all or for any particular product. 

The free email support service is for technical and customer support and does not amount to a tipping service or an enhancement of any product. 

This software is designed to function by using the Application Programming Interface (API) provided by AsianOdds88 from Asian Connect to facilitate two-way communication between the customer's account and the AO88, such communication to include for example the provision of up to date price data and the placing of bets. The customer accepts that no liability shall attach to GoalsBot.com in respect of any loss to the customer arising from any failure not directly attributable to our product. No liability shall rest with GoalsBot.com for situations including, but not limited to, the following, which may result in a failure to place bets or trade out of a position at the best time or at all:

  • The failure for any period and for whatever reason by the customer to maintain a functioning account with AsianOdds88
  • The failure for any period and for whatever reason by the customer to maintain sufficient credit balance in any such account with the AO88 to allow completion of all bets as instructed to the account
  • The failure whether in full or in part for whatever reason of the AsianOdds88 website to work with full functionality and speed
  • The failure of the AsianOdds88 API for any reason including but not limited to technical issues and refusal or inability by the AO88 to allow further use of the relevant API for the country in which the customer is located or resident
  • Any change in the law of the customer's country of residence or location prohibiting or restricting the use of the software as designed, betting and or online betting of the sort provided by AsianOdds88
  • The liquidation or other closure of AsianOdds88

 

We reserve right to suspend or ban access to services where the user (or a representative or associate thereof) acts or is suspected of acting in a manner which may be detrimental to us or which may cause aggravation or distress to anyone working for us, or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion.

 


The following Refund Policy applies to all GoalsBot.com subscription services. 

All renewing subscriptions:

  • 3 days, 7 days and 30 days subscriptions are non-refundable.
  • If you wish to try the GoalsBot.com service, we advise you to use the 3 days (the cheapest) subscription option to avoid any disappointments.


Cancelling subscription 

  • Your subscription will cease after the paid for period expires. You don’t need to cancel anything and you won’t be charged again.
